ASP.NET PROGRAMMING SKILLS

Example of a RSS Feed Reader

Programming Skills: Really Simple Syndication (RSS) Really Simple Syndication allows you to receive the latest news headlines, personal Weblogs (or Blogs) and articles – as soon as they are published.

RSS-aware programs (called news aggregators) can help you keep up with all your favourite Blogs by checking their RSS Feeds and displaying up-to-date news items.

The following RSS Feed comes from the Visual Studio Magazine Online. The development magazine is independent of Microsoft. The example uses ASP.Net, Visual Basic.Net and My.Blog to read from an RSS Weblog Feed. The feed is frequently updated.
